Job Description
- Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury restaurant environment.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with Arabic-speaking guests.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle guest reservations and seating arrangements effectively.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to handle guest concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Multitasking abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
