What we need from you:Bachelor's degree in Engineering Minimum of 4 years' project control or project management experience Prefer 8+ years experience in project control focused on cost, schedule, and estimating Experience in a manufacturing or EPC environment working on mid to large investment projects Strong interpersonal and communication skills the ability to work with individuals, project teams and formal reports to leadership Ability to multitask, support multiple projects and topics Preferred but not required: PMP, PSP or other similar certification Self-directed, able to work independently and as part of a team make decisions, exercise sound judgement, and prioritize effectively Strong influencing skills - consulting, mentoring, and analytical skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting and dashboard tools such as Tableau and Lumira is desirable High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project scheduling software Very detail-oriented high attention to detail and accuracy Adaptable and flexible as business priorities, project scope, schedule, and budget change Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time, depending on project assignments
