Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for our valet team who can safely direct traffic flow and provide excellent customer service.

Primary Skills:

Safety and Speed: Customers want their cars quickly and dont want to wait. Being able to manage traffic flow and effectively communicate with valet drivers and customers is key.

Customer Service: Must be courteous to drivers and patients/visitors and be responsive to their needs.

Stamina: Valets spend most of their time on their feet.

Successful candidates will:

Be outgoing courteous and respectful

Be observant and safetyminded

Be able to work Monday Friday

Be able to work well as a team

Be able to take direction from others

Be able to pass a drug test

Be able to pass a background check (no larceny or violent crime offenses)

Have excellent customer service and communication skills

Tasks:

Take numbered tags from customers help locate vehicles or provide customers with instructions for locating vehicles.

Keep parking areas and lanes clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.

Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces using hand signals.

Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts.

Greet customers and open their car doors.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Excellent communications skills, and customer service oriented.
