Tasks

What are you doing?

• You are the point of contact for your colleagues for the new ERP system;
• Together with your international colleagues, you design & revise processes;
• You document these processes in a blueprint;
• You discuss these with the Sales and Sales Support team and take their feedback back in to the project team;
• You write out manuals and process descriptions clearly for the end users;
• As a Key User, you are the 1st user who tests and guides your colleagues in the execution of user tests and provides the final implementation guidance;
• Where necessary, you provide education, instructions and training in the use of

Requirements

Who are you?

• You have a Bachelors Degree or thinking level;
• You have 4-6 years of work experience as a user of ERP systems in Sales and Sales support;
• Experience with INFOR is an advantage;
• You master the English language;
• Speaking Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus;
• You think process-based;
• You can communicate well;
• You are flexible to regularly switch in the evening with colleagues from other time zones;
• You are stress resistant, not afraid to take decisions and
