The role:

• To manage & assist the Restaurant Manager with overall day to day operations of the entire
  

• Responsible for a large team, motivate, train, lead by
  

• Strong Customer
  

• To instill value structure and focus ethos in the whole
  

• Drive sales targets and ensure the restaurant is on track to meet revenue and profit
  

• Determine and implement new marketing and sales activities within the
  

• Ensure HACCP and cleaning procedures are always followed by team
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 3yrs restaurant managing/supervising
  

• At least 5 years working in a restaurant or hospitality
  

• Good strong knowledge of customer service techniques and the ability to communicate this with
  

• Ability to manage a fast paced environment, be able to control multiple situations simultaneously
  

• Problem solver, leadership and coaching skills, prioritization
  

• To maintain a calm demeanour during stressful and busy
  

• Excellent communication/interpersonal
  

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential
  

• Knowledge of Microsoft
