The role:
- To manage & assist the Restaurant Manager with overall day to day operations of the entire
- Responsible for a large team, motivate, train, lead by
- To instill value structure and focus ethos in the whole
- Drive sales targets and ensure the restaurant is on track to meet revenue and profit
- Determine and implement new marketing and sales activities within the
- Ensure HACCP and cleaning procedures are always followed by team
The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 3yrs restaurant managing/supervising
- At least 5 years working in a restaurant or hospitality
- Good strong knowledge of customer service techniques and the ability to communicate this with
- Ability to manage a fast paced environment, be able to control multiple situations simultaneously
- Problem solver, leadership and coaching skills, prioritization
- To maintain a calm demeanour during stressful and busy
- Excellent communication/interpersonal
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential
