Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure products
- Define and execute the engineering roadmaps and strategies to achieve business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to drive projects from conception to launch
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable software that meets customer needs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies in software engineering
- Ensure that development processes and standards are followed, and continuously improve them
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience as a software engineer, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong technical background in software engineering and experience in multiple programming languages
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful products and leading high-performing teams
- Ability to balance technical and business perspectives and make data-driven decisions
