About Client:
Our client is one of the world's largest providers of financial services. They are the leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and many other financial products and services. The firm is amongst the largest mutual fund company in the United States and has significant presence in India.
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent in the role will lead the Talent Acquisition efforts and programs for India site working closely with our India and global business partners.
- The incumbent in the role will act as an advisor to our stakeholders across business and HR on Staffing activities.
- He/She will set strategic direction for the function and bring in great execution skills to deliver value to the business.
Candidate Description:
- 9+ years of experience with premier MBA
- Experience in handling end to end talent acquisition from Technology industry
