Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and detailoriented fresher s to join our Talent Acquisition team as FullTime Sourcing Specialists. The ideal candidates will have a passion for identifying and engaging top technical talent a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to sourcing. This role will focus on building a pipeline of qualified candidates for various technical positions within the company.

Requirements

• Collaborate with recruiters hiring managers and account managers to understand technical role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
  
• Utilize various sourcing methods including online job boards social media professional networks and direct outreach to identify potential candidates.
  
• Use passive job portals such as LinkedIn GitHub Stack Overflow Angel List and others to find and engage with potential candidates.
  
• Screen and assess candidate qualifications through resume reviews and other AI assessment tools.
  
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future job openings.
  
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make datadriven recommendations for improvements.
  
• Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting and sourcing.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
  
• Proficient in using sourcing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub Stack Overflow Angel List and other relevant sources.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
