Job Description

Our Client is a B2B cannabis vaporization hardware manufacturer and They work directly with LPs, Cultivators, Retailers, Brands and other key industry

This role will directly report to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the BD will have three main functions; retail sales, business development & operations support, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Developing strong, long-term relationships with retailers and related
  • Business development and
  • Achieving pipeline, distribution, and market share
  • Identifying new opportunities that maximize profitability and
  • Presenting, promoting, and selling products to prospective
  • Acting as brand ambassador and managing sales booths at respective
  • Maintaining a CRM database with daily customer/prospect interactions to accurately forecast sales projections ensuring company goals are
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure best in class
  • Provide sales, operations & administrative
  • Assist with the development of standards operating
  • Support sales team with finalizing appropriate sales documentation; quotes
  • Other duties as

Requirements


  • Post-secondary degree with 2 years of sales experience preferred
  • B2B sales experience in the cannabis industry preferred; wholesale or B2B experience selling to licensed producers in the cannabis industry is considered a strong
  • Experience working in a start-up environment is an
  • Expertise with cannabis, vaporization, and technology
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, CRM, GSuite,
  • Superior communication skills, objection handling, verbal, written and presentation
  • Must have a valid drivers license and
  • The desire to work in a win as a team sales
