Area Sales Manager
Our client are currently seeking a passionate, high energy Area Sales Manager to join their team and cover 14 retail stores We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to oversee the performance and people issues in the

You will be joining a well-established retailer as their Area Manager covering a total of 14 stores nationwide with new stores opening in You will be required to be mobile and travel to the stores

What will be your responsibilities?
- Ensuring sales & KPI targets are met for all stores, providing commercial excellence across all stores at all
- Maximizing sales and profitability
- Ensuring all teams are providing exceptional customer
- Driving team performance
- Ensuring productive staff
- Manage costs, budgets and execute annual planning and forecasting
- Ensuring consistency across the stores in terms of merchandising and
- Suggest improvements where necessary
- Liaise closely with the Buying Manager and provide feedback
- Ensure an effective and efficient management team are in place in each store
- Ensure training and development for all store managers and their teams
- Regularly visit the stores
- Lead by example with regard to values and attitudes
- Liaise with the Marketing Manager on products, trends, campaigns, peak trading,
- Management of social media / online
Requirements
- Experience working with KPI s and targets in a Retail or Sales Environment
- The ability to work under pressure
- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
- Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
- Planning and organizational skills
