Job Description:
The Administration /Office/Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting their growing team managing office operations and coordinating trade show activities. This position requires a blend of administrative marketing and technical skills ideally with an engineering background to handle Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Tender (RFT).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to the marketing team.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of RFI and RFT documents leveraging technical understanding to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Plan and manage logistics for trade show participation including booth setup promotional materials and team schedules.
Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and organizing events.
Monitor office supply levels and manage procurement as necessary.
Assist with budget tracking and financial oversight for marketing and office expenses.
