Womens Health Registered Nurse RN

HerMD is seeking experienced Women s Health Registered Nurses (RN) to join our patient care team in Carmel, IN!

• 4 or 5-day work week schedule - provider s choice
  

• Patient-centric 20-60 minute appointment times

Requirements

RN Responsibilities

• Assist providers (NP and MD/DO) by performing practice administrative and clinical duties
  

• Supervise one other MA/LPN clinical team employees
  

• Oversee practice HIPAA, OSHA, and JCAHO compliance for the practice
  

• May assist with pre-authorization/surgery scheduling process
  

• Record patient medical history and maintain patient records
  

• Explain common GYN medical procedures to patients
  

• Assist in patient examinations and in-office surgical procedures
  

Essential Skills

The successful candidate will perform various office and clinical duties necessary to keep our practice running effectively and

• Keen assessment skills, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency
  

• Ability to multitask and consistently deliver high quality care for our patients
  

• Leadership ability to oversee clinical care team
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate s Degree (ADN) in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
  

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
  

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
  

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) requiredwithin 90 days post hire
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  

• 2 years of experience in a women s health and/or gynecology
