Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations and CEO, the Revenue Manager oversees the collecting and organizing analytical data related to the organizations revenue, sales, and other financial The ideal candidate must plan, approve, and supervise the deployment of systems and processes to manage and analyze financial data and other

Job Responsibilities:

  • Grow top-line revenue for each hotel
  • Develop and monitor pricing strategies
  • Assist in developing sales strategies for each market segment for all hotels
  • Monitor and assist hotel teams with effective pricing and submit RFPs
  • Identify areas of opportunity and create strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability
  • Management and oversight of all third-party distribution
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the market for each hotel
  • Collaborate with each GM and Sales Manager on pricing strategies
  • Manage each hotels sales strategies effectively to ensure implementation is correct in both the central reservation system and property management system
  • Monitors inventory for straight-line availability
  • Maintains weekly revenue calls with hotel management teams
  • Creates meaningful revenue information packets weekly
  • Analyzes and creates reports to provide insight to hotel management and corporate leadership on market trends
  • Holds on property management accountable for maximizing each days revenue
  • Responsible for producing short and long-term forecasts
  • Communicates effectively to above property leaders
  • Provides market analysis for new hotel development and acquisitions



Requirements

  • Major hotel brand experience is a requirement (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Revenue Management experience
  • Must be proficient in Excel
  • Strong analytical and computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelors degree required
