Job Description
Position:Microsoft Dynamic Nav Support Consultant
A Multinational company is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamic Nav Support Consultantto be part of a global team based in Kuala Lumpur,
Roles and Responsibilities will include:
Providing support and assisting in maintaining in the smooth running of the helpdesk by logging cases via team viewer/phone
More than 3 years Application Support experience working with Dynamics NAV and / or D365 Business Central
Project tasks including requirement gathering/analysis, design, documentation development, testing and training
Capable problem solver, who is able to rapidly and independently produce solutions
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Understanding of business processes
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
