Teaching:
• Plan and teach well-structured lessons to assignedclasses, following the school's plans, curriculum andscheme of work
• Assess,monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progressand achievement of assigned students, making accurate andproductive use of assessments
•Adapt teaching to respond to the strength and needs ofstudents
• Set high expectationswhich inspire, motivate and challenge students.
