Job Description

From The Wise Seeker Services, we are looking for a Director of Sales for the company that consists of a B2B2C loyalty and rewards platform that allows companies to efficiently improve channel partners, customers and

Tareas

  • Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospective clients and their position in the industry research and analyze sales options.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets both individually and collectively.
  • Consultative selling by establishing contact, negotiating, and developing relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing supportive information and guidance research and recommend new opportunities.
  • Suggest product improvements or innovations by analyzing current industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requisitos

  • Minimum 5 years of working experiences in sales related field (FMCG industry)
  • Having exposure in Trade Marketing and/or General Marketing field is a must
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a Director position
  • English fluency, excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the drive to continuously learn and improve.
  • Proactive, strong business acumen, detail-minded,
  • and adaptable.
  • Ready to work in an agile environment with flexibility & owning your responsibility to take up assigned duties.
  • Should be a gogetter, be selfmotivated, resultsdriven, aggressive.
