Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a full-time entry level personal assistant. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to a busy executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and manage meeting logistics and agendas
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and other materials as needed
  • Conduct research and gather information as required
  • Manage and maintain the executive's contacts and files
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
