Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an entry-level Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and multitasking abilities, as well as a proven track record of working effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries
  • Handle and maintain office equipment, supplies, and inventory
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external clients and visitors
  • Provide administrative support to managers and staff as needed
  • Data Entry and File management
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working remotely is a plus
