Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our team at RD Nutrition Consultants LLC providing outpatient telehealth services with a primary focus on weight management and lifestyle counseling. This is a flexible parttime position (1624 hours per week) perfect for an experienced dietitian looking to balance clinical work with other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to clients primarily focused on weight management.
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition care plans.
- Educate clients on effective strategies for weight management behavior modification and lifestyle improvement.
- Monitor clients progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records through electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required.
- Licensure in your state of residence and the ability to obtain additional state licenses if required for telehealth.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient or weight management setting.
- Strong knowledge of evidencebased nutrition interventions for weight management.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills to engage clients in a virtual environment.
- Proficient in using technology for telehealth consultations (Zoom EHR systems etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with telehealth or virtual client management.
- Specialized certifications in weight management behavior change or related areas.
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing and other behavior change techniques.
Hours:
- Parttime: 1624 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule options with weekday availability (MondayFriday).

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $30.00 $35.00 per hour based on experience and credentials.
- State License Reimbursements: For any required licenses not already carried by the RDN.
