MISSION
The main mission of the FLSCO teacher (French as a language of schooling) is to help students acquire knowledge, skills and attitudes in order to develop French language skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing and implementing arrangements for the assessment of student learning, in liaison with other teachers or professional partners
Developing skills including capacities, attitudes and expertises
Leading the class and foster students interest and participation
Provide personalized monitoring of students by working closely with their family and participating in their educational project
Contributing to teamwork
Contributing to the operation of the school and its growth (involvement in projects and events, etc...)
Adapting his/her teaching to the diversity of students by providing each of them with the necessary support, and measure their achievements
Using information and communication technologies to support learnings
Exercising specific functions (coordination, projects, co-teaching, and so on)
SKILLS, ABILITY AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Master s degree in French as a foreign language FLE , Didactique en langues or complementary certification required
Holder of National Education
Experience in teaching or in the teaching of French
Relevant experience with allophone students
Knowledge of French curriculum
Relevant work experience in an international context is an advantage
Adaptability and benevolence
Very good writing and speaking skills
Strong teamwork skills and committed to making projects successful
Mastery of digital tools
Able to provide instructions suited to a wide variety of students
Able to work in a transversal and multidisciplinary way
Proficiency in English (B2 level and above) is appreciated for supporting bilingual students and families
WORKING CONDITIONS
Full time (27 hours/week) position - 3SV
Remuneration will be based on company salary scale
Starting date: End of August 2023

La mission principale du professeur de FLSCO (Fran ais Langue de scolarisation) estde faire acqu rir aux l ves des connaissances, savoirs-faire et savoirs tre afin de d velopper des comp tences en fran ais.
RESPONSABILIT S
- Enseigner le fran ais des l ves non francophones (cours en petits groupes)
- Concevoir et mettre en uvre de parcours individualis s pour ces l ves
- Concevoir et mettre en uvre des modalit s d valuation des acquis des l ves, en liaison avec les autres enseignants ou les partenaires professionnels
- Faire acqu rir des comp tences incluant des capacit s, des attitudes et des savoir-faire
- Ma triser la conduite dune classe et susciter lint r t et la participation des l ves
- Assurer un suivi personnalis des l ves en lien avec les familles et participer leur projet ducatif
- Contribuer au travail d quipe
- Contribuer au fonctionnement de l tablissement et son rayonnement (implication dans des projets et v nements, etc )
- Adapter son enseignement la diversit des l ves en apportant chacun lappui n cessaire, et mesurer leurs acquis
- Utiliser des technologies de linformation et de la communication au service des apprentissages
COMP TENCES, EXP RIENCE ET FORMATION REQUISES
- Master FLE, Didactique en langues ou certification compl mentaire FLE/FLS/FLSCO requis, DAEFLE
- Titulaire de l Education Nationale ou profil quivalent
- Exp rience dans l enseignement ou dans l enseignement du fran ais
- Exp rience av r e avec des l ves allophones
- Connaissance du syst me ducatif fran ais
- Exp rience dans un contexte international serait un plus
- Capacit d adaptation et bienveillance
- Tr s bonne expression crite et orale
- Forte capacit travailler en quipe et s investir dans des projets
- Ma trise des outils num riques
- Capacit assurer un enseignement adapt des l ves tr s divers
- Capacit travailler de mani re transversale et pluridisciplinaire
- Ma trise de l anglais (niveau B2 et plus) serait appr ci e pour accompagner les familles non francophones
CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL
Poste temps plein de 27 heures/semaine - 3SV
