Tasks

• As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you drive the conceptual development, direction, and implementation of user experience and interface design. You design experiences that are radical, simple, and functionally elegant
• You develop personas, user journeys, as well as user flows for our SaaS product with the team
• You will independently implement ideas developed for our customers and discuss them with other stakeholders
• You'll work closely with other members of our growing product team to take designs from a concept to a finished product
• You further develop our design system and optimize workflows for the management of design assets and the handover to developers
• You plan usability tests with our customers and carry them out independently

Requirements

• You have at least three years of relevant experience in UX, product design and / or interaction design (ideally in the field of web design / web apps)
• You have experience with all phases of a design process, from user research to high fidelity design or mockup
• The user is the focus of your work: Part of your user-centered design process is the interpretation and implementation of results from user research and user data analysis
• You have a comprehensive sense for aesthetics, current design languages and trends
• You have a comprehensive sense of aesthetics, current design languages and trends and trends in digital software solutions. You are an innovative problem solver who excels in a collaborative, agile environment and always pays attention to detail in your work
• If you have experience with prototyping and micro animation (in Figma, for example), that's a plus!
