E-Learning Coordinator

The International E-Learning Veterinary School (IEVS) provides online clinical training for practicing veterinarians to improve competency in small animal medicine for the benefit of animal welfare worldwide. IEVS is a subsidiary of ESAVS, based in Luxembourg.
The IEVS office is in Birkenfeld/Nahe.

Tasks

Communication with veterinary professionals in Europe and the US for the organization of post-graduate online courses and study programs in small animal veterinary medicine

Set up of Online Courses on the E-Learning Platform, including the preparation of materials

Hosting Webinars: live support to instructors and students

Updating the content of the IEVS platform

Development of marketing materials such as posters, flyers and brochures

Marketing Communication

Registration of course participants and support of daily operational activities

Ad Hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

strong interest in business management, IT, economics, communication or
veterinary medicine

organizational, good communication and administrative skills
Fluent in English; German and/or Chinese is a plus
Interest in Market Research and UX
Sense of Responsibility
Competent in Microsoft Office; experience in content management systems is an
asset

quick adjustment to a new environment and ready to work independently
