Job Description
Western Forge & Flange has been forging, heat treating, machining, and testing pipe flanges in the USA for more than 75 years. Located in Cleveland Texas, our Forge Shop and CNC Shop offers excellent career opportunities in Forging Operations, Manual Machining, and CNC Machining. We are currently looking for CNC Supervisor to join our 2nd shift team in Cleveland, TX.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and train CNC Department.
- Manage day-to day activities relating to training, increasing performance, and monitoring supplies and parts for equipment.
- For this position, day-to-day responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:
1. Responsible for all programming requirements
2. Develop and implement programming parameters for all operators to follow
3. Supervise and train CNC Operators
4. Tooling maintenance- Monitor and advise purchasing of tooling needs
5. Manage PM schedules for all CNC machines
Requirements
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in English (both written and oral) as it relates to the job
- Must be able to read and understand drawings, and other written instructions
- Must have the ability to manage a range of priorities, sometimes under pressure
Required Experience
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years minimum programming and operating CNC lathes andmills
- Experience in machining forgings and nickel alloys a plus
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Strong Math skills

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: - 5 year of CNC Machinist Experience - G or G & M Code experience - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Strong Math Skills
