Job Description
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Control material wastage
- Ensure that workplace is kept safe, that protective clothing is in use where mandatory and that all safety precautions which have been instructed are complied with
- Take care of small tools and machines in use
- Assist and perform any reasonable assignment as requested by management from time to time out of his/her scope of work
- Meet job deadlines
- Adhere to safety standard and work practices
- Attend regular progress review meetings
- Work overtime (as required)
- Keep own area of responsibility clean daily
Requirements
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualified Patternmaker
N2 / N3 EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years experience in Foundry / Patternshop
- Work with engineering drawings, sketches or from examples to manufacture components
- Experience in pumps and valves and CNC machining will be an advantage
Knowledge of The company s entire product offering and strong understanding of LTRS Applicants must have at least 8 years experience in the BESSA parts sales operation Strong conceptual and analytical skills Have a passion for the aftermarket and The company brand. Applicants must be self-motivated, be able to prioritise, work independently and adhere to deadlines Must be prepared and able to travel extensively to conduct training both locally and internationally Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, power point, Excel-advanced) SAP & MAPICS knowledge and Experience is Required. Highly organized and good communication skills is essential
