Youll connect with them troubleshoot their problems and find new ways to help their practices thrive. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting bonds with clients becoming the goto guide for their journey with us.
  • Problem Solver: Tackle client challenges with a blend of expertise and innovation.
  • Revenue Enhancer: Use your insight to identify opportunities that benefit both the client and DentistFind.
  • Client Advocate: Convey client feedback to our team shaping our services to their needs.
  • Process Efficiency: Streamline client onboarding ensuring a smooth sail from the getgo.
  • Client Educator: Empower clients with knowledge about our services making complexity understandable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Youve been in a clientfacing role for a while now havent you (Think 5 years.)
  • TechSavvy: Youre comfortable with CRM software and understand the digital space like the back of your hand right
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Clear concise and compelling your communication style fosters great relationships.
  • Decision Maker: You dont just make decisions you make the right decisions promptly and with confidence.
  • Continuous Learner: The quest for knowledge drives you its a journey not a destination for you.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Project Management Prowess: If you can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat were excited.
  • Analytical Thinker: You see data and can almost hear it telling stories about how we can improve.
  • Adaptable: Change doesnt scare you; it invigorates you. Empathy: You can walk in clients shoes and it shows in how you handle their accounts.

Additional information


Setup: Fulltime Remote


Schedule: Monday Friday for 7.5 Flexible working hours between 6am6pm Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST)
