Job Description

We are a multinational group with over 100 years of experience in the supply of comprehensive transit solutions positioned at the forefront of technology for high value-added sustainable mobility.

The company is a leader of the railway industry offering one of the most comprehensive and flexible arrays of products in railway related markets, such as rolling stock, components, infrastructure, signalling and services (maintenance, refurbishing and financial services).

The SQA Supplier Monitoring shall support the SQA Manager in all Supplier Quality activities, specifically reviewing supplier processes, conducting audits of quality controls , Providing technical advice and guidance to suppliers to reduce defect rates.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Managing visits to vendor facilities and observing the manufacturing environment to guarantee the compliance of their procedures with defined requirements.
  • Managing regular quality control audits to ensure vendors continue to work in compliance with company requirements and standards.
  • Managing the incoming and at source inspections to ensure quality.
  • Maintaining detailed reports on supplier quality, including defect rates and areas that result in flaws.
  • Providing technical advice and guidance to suppliers to reduce defect rates.
  • Accomplish with the assigned responsabilities for: General processes, CAF systems, Product Quality and Safety on the assigned business and HSE related to the rol.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification:

  • Engineering Graduate from reputed College, Master in quality will be preferred

Professional Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience in quality, audits processes
  • Hands on experience in implementing and following suppliers manufacturing processes.
  • Languages: English. Knowledge of Spanish will be considered valuable.

Skills:

  • Very good interpersonal and organization skills, open minded, excellent abilities for team work, proactivity, proven level of autonomy.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Language: High English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Availability for travelling within India and also to Headquarters in Spain.
