Job Description
Tasks & responsibilities : Responsible for leading and/or participating in teams comprised of application infrastructure and capacity management teams to understand and flush out applicable use cases to deliver required outcomes. Implement configure customize and carry on continuous improvements related to BMC TCO platform. Maintain application platform availability as per agreed SLA. Integrate BMC TCO platform to various third party applications. Understand how to apply technology to improve the operational effectiveness of efficiency of specific functions or applications. Assist customers drive adoption of the capacity management concepts across Bus and environments. Work closely with service owners to review service delivery quality with focus on continuous improvements. BMC TCO (TrueSight Capacity Optimizer) tool ,other capacity optimization tool, configuration and administration of Capacity Optimization tool, excellent in TSOM application troubleshoot, integration and customization,Knowledge in ITL frameworks
