Job Description
- To manage the cafe as an independent profitable unit and set performance standards, thus achieving maximum guest satisfaction by providing the high standard of Food and Beverage quality, presentation and service required by the company.
- To be efficient and diplomatic in dealing with situations involving any aspect of Food and Beverage where the reputation or image of the company is represented Finance
- To ensure that the Outlets Operational budget is in line and cost are strictly controlled maximizing profitability.
