Job Description
We are currently seeking an ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated to work in the luxury Restaurant in Riyadh to lead the team and ensure that they provide efficient and excellent service to the guests always.
As a Headwaiter you are responsible for providing professional service to the guests, ensuring their restaurant visit will become a memorable dining experience whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Always greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner
- Set tables according to the type of event and service standards
- Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standard
- Take an active role in coaching and developing junior staff
- Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language
- Able to answer any questions regarding the menu and assist with menu selections
- Solving customer complaints
- Professional attitude and appearance
Requirements
- Must have excellent command of English
- Must have a minimum of two years of experience in the same role, preferably on a Fine Dining Restaurant
- Must have the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and passenger
- The ability to lead Waiters must be apparent
