Headwaiter

• Always greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner
  
• Set tables according to the type of event and service standards
  
• Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standard
  
• Take an active role in coaching and developing junior staff
  
• Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language
  
• Able to answer any questions regarding the menu and assist with menu selections
  
• Solving customer complaints
  
• Professional attitude and appearance
  

Requirements

• Must have excellent command of English
  
• Must have a minimum of two years of experience in the same role, preferably on a Fine Dining Restaurant
  
• Must have the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and passenger
  
• The ability to lead Waiters must be apparent
