Job Description

Impact's humble beginnings started off with a focus in the 1980s on independent and limited-service hotels in growing suburban and rural markets across the state of Florida. Since then, Impact has built an extensive track record spanning over 40 years in real estate development specializing in hotels, restaurants, and medical offices with over $350 million invested in its property acquisitions and development activity.

Over the past seven years Impact has embarked on a new program to diversify its portfolio by making strategic investments in other industries that leverage its track record of operational excellence. These efforts have resulted in the company entering into new industries like auto collision, homes services, retail, and residential real estate.

We are looking for a Business Systems Manager to support both Retail and Home Services business units who has a proven ability to be the in-house expert and direct point of contact for the field to support their needs, but also someone capable of searching for new tech that can make existing processes better. You would need to have experience leading projects to implement and roll out those tech enhancements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Under this role, the Business Systems Manager is responsible for managing all of our business systems and platforms
  • This person will be a key contributor of the operations team
  • This role will be responsible for the development and delivery of business requirements, solution scope, testing, training, key performance indicators and data analysis for continuous process improvements
  • Managing integrated applications and third party suppliers including: Salesforce, Outreach, and third party platforms
  • Configuring business packages, tools and integrations associated with it
  • Works with internal teams, Sales, Marketing, Leadership, Product and Finance teams and helps gathers requirements for improvement projects and then executes on those projects
  • Monitor platforms and system performance including proactively identifying and improving system processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the business and tool owners to provide support and updates to systems and processes
  • Experience working on multiple projects at once
  • Analyze potential solutions to ensure obtain future needs of systems and platforms
  • Generate and manage management reports, status reports and system assessment reports
  • Main contact for all SOP for business systems and updates all documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience and demonstrated expertise and excellence within Salesforce and Service Titan a must
  • Experience with other CRMs, Analytical platforms, AI Content Platforms, AdTech platforms and Project Management tools
  • Excellent at learning, navigating and managing different platforms that serve different aspects of the business
  • Impeccable writing ability for writing and documenting SOPs, SLAs
  • Analytical and solution minded, and takes initiative without direction
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving techniques, decision-making skills, and proactive approach
  • High energy and Positive Attitude
  • Extremely organized and able to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Works well under pressure
  • Patience
