Job Description

Shift Timings: 9 hrs between 5:00 pm to 6:00 am basis regular/daylight savings

Job Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Call and generate revenue from the leads received through various market channels
  • Call existing customers and identify Upselling/Cross Selling opportunities
  • Generate referrals through existing customer base and build pipeline
  • Meet and exceed pipeline and revenue contribution goals
  • Respond quickly to assigned leads (No cold calling targets)
  • Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics
  • Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Marketing)
  • 1-6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / Educational Sales (with minimum 6 months sales experience in US market)
  • Proficient in English language (Both Written and Spoken)
  • Good negotiation and pitching skills required
  • Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up
  • Ed-tech experience is an added advantage
  • Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
  • Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality
