Shift Timings: 9 hrs between 5:00 pm to 6:00 am basis regular/daylight savings
Job Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Call and generate revenue from the leads received through various market channels
- Call existing customers and identify Upselling/Cross Selling opportunities
- Generate referrals through existing customer base and build pipeline
- Meet and exceed pipeline and revenue contribution goals
- Respond quickly to assigned leads (No cold calling targets)
- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics
- Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Requirements:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Marketing)
- 1-6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / Educational Sales (with minimum 6 months sales experience in US market)
- Proficient in English language (Both Written and Spoken)
- Good negotiation and pitching skills required
- Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up
- Ed-tech experience is an added advantage
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality
