Job Description
The Staff Pad is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Baltimore, Maryland to be a part of a growing healthcare organization. You will be responsible for hiring providers and support positions. This is a unique opportunity to join a great team and make a difference within an organization!
Compensation:
- $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
- Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 403B with Match
- 100% of Medical Premiums paid by company for employees and dependents
Requirements:
- Required - Minimum of 3-5 years of provider recruiting experience
- MUST have worked with FQHC
- Proven track record of successful recruitment with medical personnel
- Experience handling high volume recruiting at times
- Required - Experience with ATS, preferably ADP
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field
Responsibilities:
- Reviews job descriptions
- Attend job fairs
- Uses ATS to document all actions in real-time
- Prepare recruiting and hiring reports
- Source candidates, screen candidates, set up interviews, give offers
- Be a true partner with HR team to determine salaries
- Provide excellent application and internal customer management service
- Act a liaison with employment agencies
3-4 years recruiting medical providers and worked in an FQHC
