- $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
- Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 403B with Match

- Required - Minimum of 3-5 years of provider recruiting experience
- MUST have worked with FQHC
- Proven track record of successful recruitment with medical personnel
- Experience handling high volume recruiting at times
- Required - Experience with ATS, preferably ADP
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field
- Reviews job descriptions
- Attend job fairs
- Uses ATS to document all actions in real-time
- Prepare recruiting and hiring reports
- Source candidates, screen candidates, set up interviews, give offers
- Be a true partner with HR team to determine salaries
- Provide excellent application and internal customer management service
- Act a liaison with employment agencies
