Responsibilities:
- Develop credit risk measurement models, which include credit line models, credit scoring models, and anti-fraud models
- Responsible for model monitoring and maintenance, writing monitoring analysis reports and risk reports, etc., and continuously optimizing the model
- Responsible for compiling the development requirements of the model and coordinating the implementation process of the entire model
- Combine the model with current risk control policies to provide strategy optimization suggestions based on data analysis
- Develop feature mining work, and be responsible for the proposal and arrangement of feature library requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above which is relate to economic, mathematic, and statistics.
- 2+ work experience relate to banking/fintech, experience which is relate to data analysis and credit risk modeling
- Familiar with this industry s data analysis model and algorithms and deep understanding of logistic regression, decision trees, neural networks, GDBT, and SVM models
- Fluent with hive SQL for data collection and analysis and complete analysis report
- Fluent with Python/R and other programming language
- Strong logical thinking, good communication skill, team work and ability to self-learn and complete project independently
