Duties & Resposibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining standards in accordance to standard operation procedures issued by the company and client.
- Must accept instructions relating to the job as issued by Management.
- He/she is responsible for ensuring that all training sessions are attended as required to.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, neat and clean working environment.
- Responsible and ensure the proper handling of all equipment as well as ensuring its cleanliness and state of maintenance.
- Report all hazards and risks to management
- Working hours will be in accordance with the established duty roster issued by the department. He/She will be expected to support the outlet and complex by extending his/her working hours when business levels demand it. Must be able to work overtime as and when it s required from management.
- Performance This will be in line with the expectations defined in the job summary and as elaborated in the job particulars.
- Must maintain the highest standard of appearance and social skills. Adhere to correct grooming standards and procedures ensuring the highest standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
- Must promote a positive work environment at all times and prioritise the interests of the Company and Client at all times.
- The staff member must familiarise him/herself with the company handbook and contents thereof.
- He/She is compelled to wear the assigned uniform with the correct protective gear where necessary.
- To ensure the personal safety and the safety of those around him/her when at work.
- To be fully aware of the Health & Safety Policy
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Banqueting Waiter and a general knowledge of the Hospitality Industry.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English.
