Designation: NETWORK VOICE ADMIN
Location: COLUMBUS, Ohio
- Need L3 voice working experience in Oracle SBC, along with call monitoring, pulling reports, understanding on SIP call flow and messages, need to perform patch upgrades and help with maintenance and reboots.
- Need L3 voice working expertise on Verizon vec portal, capable to perform call routing plan changes, pulling traffic reports, making term change on the super routing plans.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and working on issue Avaya CM/SMGR/SM/CDR/CMS/AES solutions and help to drive issues along with working on patches and upgrades.
- Understanding on Cisco router ISR (4000 to 5000) series sip configuration and sip trouble shooting.
- Familiar with Avaya CM call center including Nice call recording
- Working on service now tickets along with vendor tickets
- Well knowledge in Unix commands.
