Job Description

Title: Program Coordinator

Location: Princeton NJ - Onsite day1
Duration; 11 Months


Summary:
This position is responsible to Manage, Produce and Direct the Live and Virtual Corporate Events team. This includes but is not limited to managing the contractor video production team, the AV, Media, and staging needs of Live and Virtual Events, as well as continuing to develop and roadmap the technology used to improve the service. This role works cross-functionally across customers to deliver our production services business needs to be aligned with our overall strategy and direction.

Job Description
This role will be leading all the production support for all virtual programs across the company.
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Production Services department; including developing and executing production services policies and procedures across the organization.
Assist and oversees project pre-production planning, on-site and offsite production activities for all live and virtual large-scale corporate events
Operates department within established budget guidelines and identifies ways to reduce expenses and improve efficiency in the operation
Works with clients to understand their business needs, ensure alignment to overall strategy, and deliver a product that meets or exceeds those requirements. Identifies any potential challenges and recommends solutions for clients.
Supervise additional staff during the live event and virtual video productions
Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule
Identify and implement best practices for video and evolve daily operations
Oversee video collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained
Manage and own end to end program
Expert in agility to smoothly handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid changes in the environment or production schedule.

Qualifications Required
Ability to lead a team and manage new and changing demand
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Flexibility to work outside the job description when the need arises, this will be in the same domain
Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Experience in managing vendors, budgets, and timetables
Analytical and problem-solving/troubleshooting
Deductive reasoning skills
PC and Network knowledge
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience (must include experience in a video production environment)
Knowledge of all elements of AV and Staging of Live Events and the recording and editing of multimedia and video projects
Extensive knowledge of video production equipment
