You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailProvide VIP Support for Desk side issues per contract and be point of contact at the site for all IT related issues.
Manage critical SLAs and KPIs
Provide Remote support to users at the spoke sites assigned.
Provide hardware break/fix support and warranty support for current desktop, laptop, tablets, mobiles and workstation and Reimage systems as required.
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot end-user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printingscanning devices, presentation equipment, software and other products to deliver required desktop service levels.
Configure new users to the domain, setup new computers/laptop and Support mobile/Handheld devices.
Co-ordinate with vendorsupport teams for the hardware purchase and for any technical issues for users.
Assist with securing the network by setting up and maintaining antivirus and applying software security updates in a timely manner.
Co-ordinate with Automation team and perform proactive identification and resolution through self-heal.
Implement One-touch deployment by co-ordinating with the required teams
Implement various automations in digital workplace services
Implement Modern Desktop Management using Nexthink
Resolve application and Database connectivity issues by coordinating with necessary support teams
