Description:
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team with experience in building and scaling Microservice in a cloud environment. You will work as a part of a growing team and work closely with the Technical Leads, Developers, and QA to identify and establish DevOps practices in the company. You will establish configuration management, automate our infrastructure,, and train the team in DevOps best practices to achieve a continuously deployable system.
Job Responsibilities:
Build, version, store and orchestrate containers on Kubernetes, GCS.
Understand the existing Kubernetes deployments and further maintenance on GCP,
Managing IAM, Storage, Network, and VPC Services on both GCP and AWS.
Evaluate various cloud or Database vendors to choose the best solution.
Management of SQL and NoSQL databases, warehouses, and analytical solutions
Scripting in Python/Node/shell.
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
Should be willing to learn, upskill and dynamically cater to the requirements of the team.
Must be highly skilled in Kubernetes, Docker, Compute, Storage, Network, Monitoring, and alerting services.
Must be experienced in managing core and advanced AWS/GCP services in production systems ( LB, IAM, VPC, Cloudwatch, SNS, SQS, Route53, Kubernetes, ECS, etc..).
Knowledge of Stackdriver, Cloudwatch, and Grafana.
Have knowledge of CI/CD tools including git, Jenkins, or Gitlab runners.
Hands-on with Bill payments and resource optimization techniques.
