Job Description
Sourcing, evaluation, structuring and execution of investment transactions within technology and alternative lending industries in Southeast Asia
Strategising and development of investment thesis and capital structure of potential opportunities including the identification of potential investors (HNWI and institutional)
Preparation of teasers, investment slide decks, data rooms, and financial modeling of private credit and equity opportunities
Presentation and marketing of investment proposals to senior management, investors, and business partners
Work with legal, financial, and other consultants on fundraising, deals and startup advisory
Continuous management of private debt / venture debt / venture capital investments, in terms of
forecasting and monitoring performance and managing stakeholders
Contribute to the development and management of company s technology, analytics and investment
matching platform
Participate in business development initiatives within company and portfolio companies
Assist with marketing, events, and other commercial activities
Requirements
Skill Sets and Requirements
0 2 years of working experience and looking to develop a meaningful career in FinTech / investments
Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and enjoys a startup culture
Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint
Programming knowledge and skills is a plus
