Job Description
Our partneris looking for a Senior New Product Introduction Leader to contribute to the operating mechanism, documentation, and management efforts.
As an NPI Lead you will be responsible for three different roles as described below. Don t be scared! This is a small software and besides the team there is an operating mechanism and quality measurement system (QMS) that will help you along the road!
The main role of theLead System Designer is to make sure that all documentation is ready in time. They call it a Lead System Documenter sometimes. We need someone who is good at writing documentation and does not get angry when others are reviewing it and providing feedback. The QMS system has been providing all the templates and workflows for decades, so it is a well developed system that helps them all. On a daily basis besides writing documentation, you need to get other people deliver their papers also. That is the Lead part of the role.
As a Lead Service Integrator supports the success of theirbrand-new medical device by ensuring that proper service workflows and technical capabilities are in place. You are to collect requirements from internal service organizations and ensure that they are delivered by either the product team or the platform and its components. The goal is to make sure that once theyhit the market, theyhave a proper workflow to install and maintain the software.
Field Modification Instruction Leader,once theyhit the market, theyneed someone who organizes what theydeliver. It is really related to the LSD and LSI roles as each new release theydeliver needs some documentation and have to go through the service pipeline.
Requirements
Must have:
- Working with software technical documentation
- Strong command of English

- Motivated, following and demanding high standards in product, op mech and documentation quality
- Critical thinking as pursuing for better result and higher quality
- Empathetic: Supports the team by displaying an authentic understanding and concern for a team member s beliefs or feelings
