About the Job:
We are seeking a Guest Relations Ambassador for the luxurious Sindalah Island part of the NEOM Project in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for providing guests with a worldclass experience ensuring comfort and seamless service throughout their journey on Sindalah Island.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth professionalism and a high level of hospitality;
- Provide personalized guest services including event information transportation and booking arrangements;
- Assist with guests arrival experience including luggage handling coordination;
- Address guest inquiries and complaints with grace and prompt resolution;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations;
- Maintain privacy and security of guest information following NEOMs protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or higher (Hospitality certification is a plus);
- 5 years in guest services hospitality or front desk operations within a highend hotel or resort;
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus);
- Excellent customer service and problemsolving abilities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ticketing/booking systems;
- High attention to detail adaptability and professionalism;
- Ability to handle highpressure situations and challenging guest interactions calmly.
