What you'll be doing:
- Project management to deliver seamless client experience and within timelines.
- Mapping Client organization and team structure.
- Ensure global project processes are implemented, and escalations are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Close interaction with medical, creative, and execution teams to review delivery of projects,
- Documentation and maintenance of Client archive and interaction history.
- Manage good working relations with clients and internal teams.
- Management of finance and accounts related processes
- Creation and Maintenance of project related reports
What you'll need:
- Degree or equivalent (i.e. graduation) essential
- Minimum 2 years in a project management/client servicing role in advertising agencies
- Capability to work cross-functionally with global teams across Medical, Creative, Finance, Accounts, and other functions
- Good communication skills, confidence in both spoken and written English
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with teams across geographic regions and time zones
- Significant experience working with cross-functional teams and managing competing and ever-changing priorities while delivering on overall project objectives
- Ready to work in US shift (6 pm to 3 am, mandatory
