Job Description
The main responsibility is to ensure that IN Operations and NPI deliveries to customers are made in a professional manner, achieving customer happiness and securing profitability for This Company. IN SME shall be responsible for the team in maintaining network operations & capacity plan activities. They shall also seek to identify sales opportunities and generate repeat business while working on assignment.
What you will do !
- Define and Issue Guidelines for Dimensioning and Capacity Plan IN consultation with Technical Solutions
- Lead team in delivering IN Network Operations and Design review services.
- Monitoring of Network Performance to remain within set KPI s and Utilization.
- Give technical support to Sales, Marketing, Project managers, O&M and the Customer
- Participate in customer projects, handling scope, risks, changes and Customer expectations
- Identify new business opportunities
- Responsible for SLA consistency with interface departments and customer.
- Adapt to new technologies.
- To Manage and control operational resources and costs
- Customer Happiness & CSI Score and KPI monitoring and sign off for Reward/Penalty
Requirements
You will bring
- Successful track record and confirmed background in large-scale IN network operational organizations.
- Superb communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with a split between line and functional responsibility.
- Ability to adapt to the local cultural requirements, and able to function in India
