• Define and Issue Guidelines for Dimensioning and Capacity Plan IN consultation with Technical Solutions
  
• Lead team in delivering IN Network Operations and Design review services.
  
• Monitoring of Network Performance to remain within set KPI s and Utilization.
  
• Give technical support to Sales, Marketing, Project managers, O&M and the Customer
  
• Participate in customer projects, handling scope, risks, changes and Customer expectations
  
• Identify new business opportunities
  
• Responsible for SLA consistency with interface departments and customer.
  
• Adapt to new technologies.
  
• To Manage and control operational resources and costs
  
• Customer Happiness & CSI Score and KPI monitoring and sign off for Reward/Penalty
  

Requirements

• Successful track record and confirmed background in large-scale IN network operational organizations.
  
• Superb communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with a split between line and functional responsibility.
  
• Ability to adapt to the local cultural requirements, and able to function in India
