Requirements
Due to the product line and distribution growth, GIF Products are actively looking fora dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to play an integral role in driving sales and brand awareness. This role will report to the Managing Director, and is due to start in January 2023.
The team are looking for an individual with proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing functions including;
Email Campaigns
Social Media (both day to day, and more strategically)
Website and ECommerce Maintenance including SEO
In an ideal world, will have experience using Zoho CRM Software
The individual will need the ability to think strategically and commercially with a good understanding of overall business dynamics. The success of the role will be measured based on the number of leads the business receives on the back of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage the public company profile across all channels
- Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against budget
- Managing and creating beautiful, meaningful and SEO ready content for all marketing channels including blogs and short articles for all product lines
- Identifying, measuring, and reporting on outcomes from marketing activities
- Responsible for own administration
- Attending regular team meetings
- Identifying and developing improvements to your role
- Build and maintain a close working relationship with the staff across the company
- To be accountable in all endeavours, with a strong and continuous focus to drive brand awareness
- Ensure that deadlines and objectives, set by the Directors, are met
This is not an exhaustive list and you must be flexible in your approach to carrying out your duties which may change from time to time to reflect business needs or for the company s continuous improvement, this may include the opportunity for off-site visits with suppliers and/or clients.
Benefits
- 30,000 - 40,000 per annum(dependent on experience)
- 20 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays - the business is closed for the Christmas period and reopens in January, this does not affect your allocated allowance
- Additional monthly Company Bonus based on the success of the business against pre-set targets

This is a full-time, permanent position, and you will be office-based Monday to Thursday,9am to 5pm, and Friday, 9am to 4.30pm, with 1hours lunch.
You will need to be able to reliably commute, to and from the office (HP18 9BF).
Driving licence and own vehicle preferred due to office location (plenty of parking) and possible offsite meetings where your mileage will be compensated.
