Our client a leading regional firm are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 5 years of claimant personal injury experience and will manage a mixed caseload of fasttrack and multitrack personal injury matters on behalf of claimants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of fasttrack and multitrack RTA EL PL and clinical negligence claims from initial instruction to completion.
- Provide tailored solutions to clients effectively communicating complex legal matters both in writing and over the phone.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a clientfocused approach at all times.
- Contribute to the team s business development activities supporting marketing initiatives and cultivating relationships with key contacts.
- Organise and manage your own workload ensuring deadlines and financial targets are consistently met.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- 35 years claimant PI experience with exposure to fasttrack and multitrack personal injury matters.
- Proven experience in handling complex and highvalue claims.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legal procedures and uptodate knowledge of applicable laws.
- Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills with a proven ability to manage mixed personal injury matters independently.
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in written communication and legal documentation.
- Proactive team player with exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
