Role Overview: As the Corporate Sales Head of Desk you will lead a team of 5 in generating leads closing deals and providing bespoke solutions to our corporate clients. This role requires a handson approach where youll roll up your sleeves and actively engage with key decisionmakers in the FX realm. Managing the sales teams performance setting targets and fostering a culture of excellence will be central to your responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and conduct outbound calls to understand client requirements.
- Provide tailored solutions and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
- Manage the sales team ensuring CRM management call scheduling and target achievement.
- Drive overall sales team performance and meet set targets.
Requirements
- Proven track record in FX Corporate Sales with a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Exceptional telephone manner and persuasive communication skills.
- Targetdriven mindset with a tenacious approach to sales.
- Ability to deliver toptier customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Word Excel and Outlook.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team performance and development.
