Nannies + more International is Seeking a Professional Nanny in Washington, DC (Palisades).

Location: Washington, DC (Palisades)

Live In or Live Out: Live-Out

Parents: Professional Parents

Both parents work full-time from home

Children: 5-year-old, 4-year-old, and 2-year-old

The 5-year-old is in kindergarten, the 4-year-old is in preschool, and the 2-year-old will start the preschool next year 2023 (2 days out of the week and until 12 pm)

Local Candidates Only: Yes

Type of Assignment: Monday Friday

30 hours guaranteed

Start Date: Mid-February 2023

Length of Assignment: long-term

Experience: 5+years of professional nanny experience and/or 5+years of childcare experience

Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the US or US Citizen

The candidate must have at least three excellent professional references, three-character references, and a clear background.

Candidate must provide flexibility in scheduling if needed

Workstyle Personality:

Someone highly motivated, hands-on, a self-starter, a team player, ability to multi-task, teaching background, leads a healthy, active lifestyle, passionate about their position as a nanny, excellent work ethic, seeking a long-term position, extremely energetic, consistently exhibits a friendly/happy professional personality, all of these characteristics are important to the family.

The candidate must be able to offer educational learning and assist with learning and motor skills, teaching the children with arts, crafts, and educational focuses. Also, assist the child with school-related projects and events, and help children balance work and play.

Household: Light housekeeping

Occasional Meals: Monday-Friday will be for preparing/cooking healthy and nutritional meals and snacks for the family and children. The family prefers someone with a nutritional background and healthy cooking. They would love to find someone that is passionate and loves cooking and will share this with them. The parents are great cooks too, and it can be a combined passion! Not seeking fancy, just good + delicious!

COVID SAFE: Following the Current CDC guidelines. Has received the full vaccine/booster or is comfortable getting COVID vaccination.

At least 5 years of professional nanny experience in private homes with school-aged children

Language: Fluent in English

Travel: None

Overnights: None

Weekends: None

Driving: Picking up the children from school between 12 pm-3 pm. Driving from school, school activities, playdates, appointments, between locations, and childrens outings.
